THE 3 "WAYS" OF DEFENCE !!
  • PASSIVE :

    Evade or parry the attack, then attack.

  • AGGRESSIVE :

    Attack while evading or parrying the opponent's attack.

  • INTERCEPTION :

    Attack when the opponent's prepare to start an attack or is in motion of. Of course parry or evade if necessary.

    Always use the most economical means to finish the fight quickly or more importantly, STOP the fight as soon as it has commenced (Then partice till you actions and acts are Superquick & so on & so on & so on)!

    SPEED/POWER/TIMING/DISTANCE
    All is need,no essential
    without one or if one is lacking, it could make all the difference!!

  • SPEED :

    The speed in which your attacks commence, the speed in which you combinate you moves, Your footwork speed and balance.

  • POWER :

    The power of your attacks, both inner & outer strenght is needed.

  • TIMING :

    Without timing you will lose power and speed when attacking or the attacks go wild as such.

  • DISTANCE :
